We are currently seeking an Intern to provide administrative support to the Engineering department at our Barranquilla office. **Internship Objective** Provide support to the Projects department by contributing to proper document, administrative, and operational project management, ensuring information organization, tracking, and digitization. **Requirements** * Student pursuing a technical or technological program in administrative fields. * Proficiency in office tools (advanced Excel). * Knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks). * Familiarity with AI applications (agent creation, Power Apps, or similar) is desirable. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the Projects department by preparing dossiers (project initiation and closure documentation organized in digital folders). * Generate purchase orders in the SAP system. * Organize project capitalization and perform monthly follow-ups on the Subcontrataley platform. * Receive and dispatch assigned materials. * Digitize forms using the Parsable tool. * Conditions Work Location: District office in Barranquilla (100% on-site) Carrera 65 \# 40 \- 122 \- Barrio Modelo Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00 hrs (including one-hour lunch break).
