Proficiency in Excel and continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen) **Company** ----------- SOFASA **Job Description** ------------------- **Job Mission:** Provide administrative support in managing Renault\-Sofasa's Participation Systems (SIS and Kaizen), including validation, analysis, and registration of plant employees' initiatives, while verifying compliance with organizational criteria for approval and recognition. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review and validate proposals registered in the Ideas and Suggestions System (SIS), verifying compliance with requirements defined by the 5S methodology. * Register and timely update information in the Participation Systems' databases. * Maintain detailed tracking and control of scores assigned to SIS and Kaizen initiatives. * Consolidate information to generate payroll updates related to incentives and monetary recognition awarded to employees. * Support the administration and ongoing monitoring of teams participating in the Kaizen methodology. * Prepare reports, summaries, and key performance indicators related to Participation Systems. **Academic Qualifications:** Technical or Technologist student in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, or related fields focused on continuous improvement and organizational processes. **Desired Skills:** * Responsibility and high confidentiality in handling information. * Attention to detail and rigor in validating data and payroll updates. * Organization and planning skills for controlling methodologies and scoring. * Excellent interpersonal relationships and assertive communication with plant personnel. * Analytical thinking for consolidating and preparing management reports. **Technical Competencies:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for database control, information consolidation, and report generation. * Knowledge of and interest in continuous improvement and participation methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Ideas and Suggestions Systems). * Ability to perform administrative management and structure operational reports. **Requirements**: Must be authorized by the educational institution to undertake professional practice and sign the applicable apprenticeship contract. **Practice Location:** Envigado, Colombia (On-site). **Job Family** -------------- Transverse **Contract Duration** --------------------- 6 months Renault Group is committed to creating an inclusive working environment and the conditions for each of us to bring their passion, perform to the full and grow, whilst being themselves.
