Support continuous improvement programs and expansion of the workshop network. **After-Sales Assistant** **Location:** Santa Marta **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Salary:** 2\.106\.000\+ statutory benefits **Join our team as an After-Sales Service Assistant!** A prominent company in the automotive sector is currently seeking an **After-Sales Service Assistant**, with an operational, analytical, and service-oriented mindset, to support the dealer network and ensure proper execution of national after-sales processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and track **warranty** claims, ensuring accurate documentation and approval. * Support dealers in uploading, legalizing, and correcting warranty processes. * Consolidate and validate **after-sales billing** (warranties, maintenance, campaigns, and services). * Monitor pending payments with dealers and suppliers. * Prepare and analyze management indicator reports and budgetary control reports for the department. * Coordinate and monitor **audits** at authorized dealers and workshops. * Support implementation of continuous improvement programs (METAS, 5S). * Manage action plans arising from audits, PQRS, and service indicators. * Identify and support onboarding of new workshops to expand the network. * Channel technical cases and track **PQRS**, ensuring response times and customer satisfaction. ✅ **Requirements:** * Technical or Technologist degree in **Automotive Mechanics or related fields**. * 2–3 years of experience in automotive after-sales processes. * Knowledge of **warranty management, workshop processes, and after-sales billing**. * Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Experience in indicator analysis and report preparation. * Familiarity with **5S** methodologies is desirable. * Basic English proficiency. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * A positive work environment. * Opportunities for growth within the company.
