Provide technical support for the activities carried out by the raw material laboratory (receiving and processing), in accordance with company policies. **What You’ll Do**. * Maintain up-to-date databases for potato and cassava suppliers, French line processes, and storage. * Execute sampling, analysis, and characterization activities for raw materials according to established procedures. * Verify quality parameters such as variety, size, phytosanitary status, solids content, frying tests, and other requirements set by the department. * Record analysis results and maintain laboratory documentation and files updated and organized. * Support compliance with the HACCP system, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other corporate quality and food safety standards. * Apply appropriate environmental practices and report environmental aspects, incidents, or improvement opportunities. * Comply with industrial safety, hygiene, and integrated management standards established by the company. * Manage or support requests for cleaning supplies required for operations via SAP. * Ensure proper use, basic maintenance, and care of quality laboratory equipment. * Contribute to order, cleanliness, and proper waste disposal in laboratory and workstation areas. **What You’ll Need to Succeed**. * **Education:** Technical degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Industrial Processes, or related fields. * **Experience:** Preferred but not mandatory — at least one internship or six months of analytical experience in food manufacturing plants or potato farming. * **Knowledge:** Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Knowledge of food processing, raw material receiving and analysis, or potato farming is desirable. Basic proficiency in office tools and information recording systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks. Attention to detail and focus on meeting quality standards. Teamwork and effective communication skills. **About the Team**. The position is part of the Quality team and works closely with Production, Raw Material Receiving, Warehouse, and agricultural suppliers.
