Become our **Process Analyst** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, document, and update processes using flowcharts, manuals, and procedures. * Support diagnosis of current processes (AS\-IS) and identify improvement opportunities (TO\-BE). * Participate in process automation, digitalization, or optimization projects. * Collect and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, risks, or inefficiencies. * Prepare reports and presentations with findings and recommendations. * Support monitoring of management indicators (KPIs) for assigned processes. * Coordinate with various bank departments (operations, risk, compliance, technology) to gather information. * Support internal and external audits related to processes. * Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met in documented processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or final-semester student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Experience: 1–2 years in similar roles (process analyst, quality analyst, continuous improvement analyst), preferably in the financial or banking sector. Junior profiles with internship or project experience in related areas are welcome. * Technical knowledge: * Process mapping and documentation (BPMN is a plus) * Advanced Excel proficiency * Office tools (Word, PowerPoint) * Desired knowledge of automation tools (Power BI, Visio, basic SQL) * Knowledge of the financial/banking sector (desirable) **Competencies:** * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Teamwork * Organization and time management * Proactivity and results orientation **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
