**Job Objective**
Schedule and monitor production orders by coordinating timelines, resources, and workstations to guarantee compliance with quality standards and customer-established delivery deadlines.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Analyze production orders and information recorded in the system.
* Perform daily scheduling of production orders.
* Schedule estimated machine times according to each job.
* Identify pending production orders and establish priorities.
* Monitor progress and completion of orders.
* Coordinate and assign required workstations for each production order.
* Track adherence to production and delivery timelines.
* Analyze personnel downtime and productivity.
* Verify that production order specifications match physical plates and samples.
* Support quality control and prevent rework.
* Manage necessary resources and materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
* Generate production reports, machine time reports, productivity reports, efficiency reports, and labor hour reports.
* Monitor production issues and propose improvement actions.
* Support attendance tracking, overtime management, and other operational requirements.
* Report machinery and equipment maintenance needs.
* Maintain ongoing communication with all departments involved in the production process.
Requirements
**Academic Qualifications:**
* Technician or technologist degree, preferably in production-related fields.
**Experience:**
* Minimum **1 year of experience** in roles related to production scheduling and/or planning.
* Preferably experience in the **graphic arts, lithographic, or printing sector**.
* **Verifiable experience and proficiency with the INEDITTO system – MANDATORY REQUIREMENT.**
* Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency**.
