Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers We are looking for a **Senior C\+\+ Developer** with experience in Unreal Engine to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping high\-quality interactive experiences and contributing to the technical foundation of our projects. You will collaborate closely with a talented group of engineers, designers, and artists to bring ambitious ideas to life. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable features for interactive real\-time applications * Collaborate with designers and artists to implement gameplay systems and interface elements * Write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code following best engineering practices * Optimize performance and memory usage across various target platforms * Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to help grow the team's technical expertise * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle * Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning for new features and systems * Work closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high\-quality features **Requirements** * At least 3 years of professional relevant experience in software development * Strong proficiency in C\+\+ programming, with a solid understanding of modern C\+\+ standards and best practices * Hands\-on experience building applications in Unreal Engine * Experience developing user interfaces using UMG or a comparable UI framework from another engine or platform; direct UMG experience is a plus, but a strong UI background with the ability to ramp up quickly on UMG is equally welcome * Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher, both written and verbal **Nice to have** * Background in cross\-platform development across PC, mobile, and consoles, with awareness of platform\-specific UI and performance considerations * A strong eye for UX and visual polish, with the ability to translate design intent into responsive, intuitive interfaces **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
