We are currently seeking a **Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer (Security \& Reliability) – Colombia**. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, automating, and evolving cloud platforms, participating in CI/CD pipeline implementation, infrastructure-as-code provisioning, cloud service deployment, and defining security, observability, and reliability controls in production environments. **Role Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain **CI/CD deployment pipelines**. * Automate **infrastructure provisioning and management as code**. * Manage and support **production deployments** in the cloud. * Configure **monitoring, alerts, and operational metrics**. * Implement **secure credential, role, and permission management**. * Design and implement an **end-to-end observability strategy** (logs, metrics, and tracing). * Implement **security controls and hardening** in cloud environments. * Optimize **cloud resource consumption and costs**. * Manage **segregated environments** (Dev / QA / Prod). * Ensure **technical compliance and reliability best practices**. ✅ **Job Requirements** Professional Experience * Over **3 years of experience** in **Cloud DevOps, Platform, Security, or Reliability Engineering** roles. Cloud & DevOps * Implementation of **CI/CD pipelines**. * **Infrastructure-as-code** (Terraform or similar tools). * Experience with **Amazon Web Services (AWS)**. * Configuration of **IAM, roles, and permissions**. * Deployment and operation of **Lambda, ECS, and serverless services**. * Management of **Dev / QA / Prod environments**. Security, Observability, and Reliability * **Secrets and encryption management** (AWS Secrets Manager, KMS). * Implementation of **security controls for cloud workloads**. * **Advanced monitoring** (structured logs, metrics, and traces). * **Hardening** of production environments. * **Cloud cost optimization**. ✨ **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with **multi-account AWS environments**. * Automation of **testing within the pipeline**. * Implementation of **automated rollbacks**. * Use of **WAF and/or GuardDuty**. * **Cost allocation tagging**. * Experience with **regulatory compliance** (ISO / SOC). * Participation in **technical audits**.
