The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision and management of daily operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures, regulations, and Prosegur Colombia’s security standards. This role is critical to guaranteeing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the security of transported valuables. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the operations team, including drivers, crew members, motorized escorts, and logistics personnel. * Plan and optimize cash-in-transit routes, ensuring punctuality and security for every delivery and pickup. * Efficiently manage allocated resources (vehicles, personnel, equipment) to meet operational objectives. * Ensure strict compliance with Prosegur Colombia’s security policies and procedures, as well as applicable legal regulations governing cash-in-transit operations. * Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback, training, and professional development. * Manage and resolve operational or security incidents arising during working hours, implementing immediate corrective actions. * Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), incidents, and improvement proposals. * Conduct internal audits and supervise compliance with access control and cash-handling protocols. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of armored vehicle fleets and associated technological equipment. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum verifiable experience of **three (3\) years** in similar roles such as Operations Supervisor, Shift Manager, Logistics Coordinator, or related positions, preferably within cash-in-transit and logistics, security, or high-value service companies. * Solid knowledge of operations management, logistics, route planning, and inventory control. * Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. * Detail-oriented, with strong analytical capability and sound decision-making under pressure. * Knowledge of Colombian regulations related to cash-in-transit and security. * Advanced proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) and logistics management systems. * Availability to work rotating shifts and/or weekends, as required by service needs. * Residence in Bogota **We Offer:** * Fixed-term employment contract * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training within a sector-leading company. * A dynamic, safe work environment with a strong focus on employee wellbeing. **Are You the Ideal Candidate for This Operations Supervisor Position?** If you meet the requirements and are seeking a new professional challenge within a solid and continuously growing company, we invite you to join Prosegur Colombia.
