This person will be responsible for leading the technical strategy, driving digital transformation, and ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Lead multidisciplinary software development, architecture, and quality teams, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. * Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into efficient technological solutions. * Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * Ensure scalability, security, availability, and performance of implemented technological solutions. * Define and promote best development practices, agile methodologies, and DevOps processes to drive continuous improvement. * Develop and enhance team capabilities through mentoring, coaching, and professional growth plans. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years leading development teams and managing technology projects. * Over 10 years of experience in technology and software development. *We focus our search on flexible, proactive, team-oriented professionals eager to learn and driven by an innovative spirit!* At Accenture, we believe diversity is the most important source of innovation and competitiveness for organizations and economies that champion it. *All Accenture decisions will be made without discrimination based on race, religion, color, sex, age, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason covered by local legislation.* **\#LI\-LATAM** Knowledge of highly regulated industries or financial services (desirable).
