Job Summary: We are seeking a Tender Analyst to lead the identification, preparation, and submission of proposals in public procurement processes. Key Highlights: 1. Professional growth opportunities **Location:** Bogotá D.C. **Work Mode:** On-site We are a company specialized in renting audiovisual and technical equipment for corporate events, as well as providing end-to-end event production services. We offer solutions including LED screens, video, sound, lighting, structures, and other technical equipment for both public and private entities. We are currently seeking a **Tender Analyst** with experience in **state procurement and the SECOP II platform**, to lead the identification, preparation, and submission of proposals for public procurement processes. Required Profile * University graduate, technologist, or final-semester student in Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in tendering processes. * Proficiency in **SECOP II**, including bid submission and process tracking. * Knowledge of **Law 80 of 1993**, **Law 1150 of 2007**, **Decree 1082 of 2015**, and other regulations governing public procurement. * Excellent command of office software (Word and Excel). * Organized, analytical, proactive individual with strong attention to detail. Main Responsibilities * Identify business opportunities on SECOP II and other procurement platforms. * Analyze tender documents and assess feasibility of participation. * Coordinate the collection of required technical, legal, financial, and administrative documents for each procurement process. * Prepare and submit proposals within established deadlines. * Submit observations, corrections, and track each tender process. * Manage updates to the company’s legal and administrative documentation. * Monitor award decisions, contracts, and other actions arising from procurement processes. * Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure compliance with all requirements for each tender.
