Job Summary: A reputable company is seeking a traffic and route controller to ensure route scheduling, vehicle tracking, and logistics management. Key Highlights: 1. A reputable company requires a traffic and route controller for its team, with academic training as a Logistics Technician, or in administrative or related fields, and a minimum of one year of experience performing duties such as: adhering to route scheduling according to established procedures; conducting vehicle tracking while maintaining clear communication with assistants and drivers; authorizing route deviations; providing customer service and support; reporting updates; and managing logistics. Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a compensatory day off. Work contract for a specific project; salary at minimum wage plus performance-based variable pay, along with statutory benefits. Workplace: Tocancipá Workplace: On-site employment
