Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician or Technologist to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosis, repair, and installation of equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment. 2. Diagnosis, repair, and replacement of components. 3. Installation and assembly of electromechanical systems. At **PROQUIMES S.A.**, we are seeking **MALE** personnel who are responsible and service-oriented to fill the position of **ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN OR TECHNOLOGIST**. Key responsibilities include: * Preventive and corrective maintenance: Execute maintenance programs to prevent failures and repair equipment, ensuring operational continuity and extending equipment lifespan. * Fault diagnosis and detection: Use tools to identify and measure equipment wear, as well as detect faults before they occur. * Repair and replacement: Disassemble, adjust, weld, or replace components and parts of electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. * Equipment installation: Install new equipment such as motors, transformers, and automated systems. * System assembly: Assemble and test complex electromechanical systems, ensuring proper interaction between electrical and mechanical components. * Maintenance planning: Develop maintenance plans based on data collected during preventive maintenance activities. * Resource management: Request and manage materials and spare parts required to carry out maintenance tasks. * Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities performed, to ensure a complete history for each piece of equipment. * Workplace safety: Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards at the workplace to maintain a safe environment. * Regulatory compliance: Guarantee that installations and equipment comply with current regulations and established technical and quality criteria. Education: * Completed University-Level Advanced Technical Degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
