Compliance with occupational safety and health standards Responsibilities – Motorcycle Mechanical Technician * Perform **diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance** of motorcycles. * Conduct mechanical, electrical, and electronic inspections according to established procedures. * Identify and diagnose faults in the various motorcycle systems. * Carry out repairs and adjustments on engines, transmission systems, suspension, brakes, steering, and other components. * Perform maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic systems, according to competence level. * Properly use **tools, diagnostic equipment, and specialized workshop equipment**. * Conduct operational tests and verify that the motorcycle is in suitable condition before delivery. * Follow technical procedures and specifications established by the manufacturer and the company. * Report damages, additional repairs, or situations requiring authorization to the immediate supervisor. * Request and correctly use spare parts and materials required for each service. * Verify that installed spare parts conform to the motorcycle's technical specifications. * Maintain the work area, tools, and equipment in appropriate conditions of **order, cleanliness, and safety**. * Accurately complete work orders, forms, diagnostic reports, and other required records. * Provide clear and timely technical information regarding performed work when required. * Service assigned motorcycles within established timeframes, ensuring service quality. * Promptly report any incidents, damage, shortages, or unsafe conditions identified during repair. * Comply with **occupational safety and health standards**, correctly using personal protective equipment.
