Café Bar Assistant We are looking for a responsible, agile, and service-oriented **Bar Assistant**, tasked with supporting bar operations and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and delivery of beverages and products, keeping the bar clean and organized, greeting customers with friendliness and willingness, and ensuring that each order is delivered accurately and on time. **Main Responsibilities:** * Friendly and courteous customer service. * Accurate order taking and delivery. * Assistance in preparing coffee, cold beverages, and other bar items. * Proper assembly and presentation of beverages and products. * Maintaining a clean and organized bar, equipment, and utensils. * Supporting basic inventory replenishment and control. * Adhering to hygiene, food handling, and service protocols. * Assisting the team during peak demand periods. * Resolving basic customer inquiries with a positive attitude and, when necessary, seeking support from the site supervisor. * Promoting a warm, efficient, and professional service experience. **We are looking for someone who demonstrates:** * Excellent service attitude. * Friendliness, strong communication skills, and respectful interaction. * Agility and ability to work under pressure. * Professional personal appearance. * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork capability. * Interest in learning about coffee, beverages, and premium bakery products. * Commercial mindset and willingness to recommend products to customers. **Experience:** Prior experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, or customer service is preferred.
