Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and agile Kitchen Assistant to prepare food products following quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of food products with high standards of quality and hygiene. 2. Support in operational tasks and customer service when necessary. 3. Maintenance of cleanliness and organization of the workstation. At **Dekarla S.A.S**, commercially known as **Autopan**, we have been offering artisanal bakery, pastry, and kitchen products for over 30 years—crafted with high quality standards and tradition. We operate 9 sales points in northern Bogotá, focused on delivering a close and trustworthy experience to our customers. We are looking for a committed, agile, and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant responsible for preparing food products according to production orders while complying with quality, hygiene, and food handling standards. The candidate must also support operational tasks and customer service when required. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare kitchen items (breakfasts, salads, beverages, etc.) according to quality standards. * Prepare ingredients and equipment, verifying expiration dates and proper labeling. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, complying with hygiene, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Complete daily control forms and report expired products or incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Occasionally assist in sales and attend training meetings. * Keep required sanitary documentation up to date. * Comply with internal regulations and other tasks assigned by management. Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum six months in kitchen or food preparation at retail locations. Education: High school diploma; preferably with food handling training. Knowledge: GMP, food safety, personal hygiene, inventory rotation. Working Conditions: Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: To be agreed upon.
