Meet the specifications and deadlines required by the immediate supervisor regarding the bakery/pastry service at the location, from raw material ordering through finished product delivery. Deliver finished products to various sales and service points as required by the production department. Handle raw materials, supplies, and resources within the bakery area effectively to avoid waste. Ensure optimal organoleptic conditions for all products in process within the bakery area. Prepare various requested items (desserts, pastries) following established company procedures. Propose new bakery/pastry product ideas that benefit the location’s sales.
