Opportunity to propose ideas and expand your knowledge in digital design and UI. **Graphic Designer** ==================== Growth Colombia Work at At **rockin**, we are looking for a **Graphic Designer** with visual sensitivity, strong design judgment, and exceptional attention to detail—someone who enjoys transforming ideas and concepts into attractive, functional, and coherent digital assets. You will join our creative team and be responsible for creating and adapting visual proposals for the agency’s various clients, working across different brands, styles, and requirements. Your primary tool will be **Figma**, used both for designing interfaces and static layouts, as well as for creating digital assets and organizing basic design systems. We seek someone comfortable handling projects in **digital graphic design and UI**, capable of managing multiple deliverables in parallel and collaborating fluidly with creatives, copywriters, and developers. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Design **static interfaces and layouts** for websites, landing pages, and mobile applications. * Create **social media graphics**, including posts, banners, stories, cover images, and other digital formats. * Configure and maintain **basic design systems in Figma**, working with components, variants, text styles, and global color palettes. * Adapt the **visual identity of different brands** to various channels, platforms, and digital formats. * Prepare, organize, and export **optimized assets** in formats such as PNG, SVG, and JPG for handoff to the development team. * Collaborate closely with **creatives, copywriters, and developers**, ensuring accurate execution of each proposal. * Manage multiple projects and deliverables for **different clients and brands** simultaneously. * Maintain well-structured, organized, and properly named working files. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience working at advertising agencies, design studios, or similar roles. * Portfolio showcasing UI projects, digital graphic design, or digital channel content created using Figma. * Advanced proficiency in Figma, especially Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Grids. * Solid foundations in graphic design, particularly typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. * Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, organized, and visually precise files. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across disciplines. * Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially when handling multiple brands and parallel projects. * Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus. * Advanced experience in complex prototyping or microinteractions is not required. **If this sounds like you...** ------------------------------------- * Join rockin’s creative team and contribute to projects across diverse brands and industries. * A dynamic environment where you’ll work on varied projects and develop your creative and visual judgment. * Direct collaboration with professionals in design, creativity, copywriting, and development. * Space to propose ideas, explore new references, and contribute your perspective to projects. * Opportunities for continued professional growth and expanding your expertise in digital design, UI, and emerging creative tools.
