Job Summary: Inventory Supervisor with experience in inventory control, high-volume logistics operations, personnel management, and supervision of tractor-trailer loading/unloading. Direct supervision of tractor-trailer loading and unloading Technical or technological Inventory Supervisor in Logistics or related fields, with proven experience in inventory control and high-volume logistics operations management. Minimum 2 years as Inventory Supervisor or CEDI Supervisor with hands-on operational experience; direct experience in inventory management (cyclic counts, audits, adjustments); experience in loading/unloading heavy cargo (tractor-trailers); intermediate Excel skills (tables, pivot tables, data control). This position is for individuals who have directly led warehouse operations (not administrative profiles lacking field experience). Key Responsibilities: Direct supervision of tractor-trailer loading and unloading (yard operations) Rigorous physical vs. system inventory control Ledger management, adjustments, discrepancies, and inventory KPIs Inventory report generation and analysis Storage control for fragile goods (glass) Operational staff leadership · Structured profile, detail-oriented, ability to work under operational pressure, field leadership (not desk-only) \- Base salary commensurate with experience \+ bonus based on KPI achievement.
