Currently, we are seeking a **Mechanical Integrity Technician** for our operations located in **Barbosa, Antioquia.** This role’s purpose is to manage plant mechanical integrity, ensuring compliance with corporate and local regulations through inspection of pressure vessels, piping, tanks, and critical equipment; control of safety devices; corrosion management; and execution of maintenance activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and implement the plant Mechanical Integrity Program, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and applicable regulations. * Conduct technical inspections and assess the condition of pressure vessels, piping, critical equipment, and industrial assets. * Coordinate and supervise maintenance, overhaul, and safety device testing activities. * Manage specialized testing and inspections to verify equipment reliability and safety. * Prepare technical reports and track action plans arising from inspections and integrity assessments. * Manage technical documentation and records associated with maintenance and mechanical integrity programs. * Execute maintenance activities via SAP PM, ensuring traceability and adherence to established plans. * Promote and uphold Air Products’ safety, quality, and environmental standards across all operational activities. **Job Requirements:** Education: * Technical or Technologist degree in Industrial Mechanics, Mechanical Maintenance, Metallurgy, or Welding. * Additional training in industrial equipment inspection, pressure vessels, piping, and static assets is desirable. Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * Certifiable experience of 2 years in cryogenic equipment maintenance is desirable. Essential Technical Knowledge: * Mechanical integrity of industrial assets. * Inspection of pressurized equipment. * Non-destructive testing. * Technical report writing. Desirable Technical Knowledge: * SAP proficiency is desirable. * Interpretation of drawings, isometric piping diagrams, and P\&ID. * Knowledge of ASME, API, AWS NTC, and industrial safety standards. * AutoCAD proficiency. * Welding procedures. **Position Conditions:** * Schedule: Full-time – Monday to Friday. * Location: Barbosa, Antioquia. * Work Mode: 100% on-site. * Willingness to travel frequently nationwide.
