Reference ID **JR125117** Company Name **Rhenus Logistics Colombia S.A.S.** Location **Bogotá**Job Category **Product Management**Business Unit **Air \& Ocean**Contact Person **Paola Suarez****Job Description** --------------------------- **What You Can Expect** ------------------------ * Manage short-, medium-, and long-term quotations and tenders, negotiating competitive terms with agents and suppliers. * Administer and update Air/Ocean import/export rate sheets, local charges, and supplier terms in systems. * Ensure integrity and accuracy of contracts, rates, costs, profits, and other information associated with operations. * Analyze and manage lower rates, pending opens, and import/export Air/Ocean quotation requests. * Coordinate with agents and suppliers to resolve inconsistencies in rates and negotiated terms, minimizing operational impact and delays. * Record and validate negotiated costs per shipment to facilitate supplier invoice approval. * Provide support to various departments in negotiations with agents and suppliers. * Maintain ongoing communication with the product lead, agents, and offices, clarifying and negotiating profit (IHC) per operation. * Respond promptly to email-based rate and extension requests, ensuring compliance with required timelines and conditions. **What You Bring** ----------------------- * Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, International Relations, Administrative Engineering, or related fields—or equivalent experience. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Pricing or similar roles. * English B1–B2\. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate–advanced Excel. * Analytical ability, negotiation skills, results orientation, attention to detail, and timely handling of requirements. **Business Unit** --------------------- **Air \& Ocean** ---------------- Whether it’s a long-distance shipment or a particularly time-critical one—we at Rhenus do everything we can to ensure our customers and partners get their goods safely and on time to their destination.
