Job Summary: Psychology, Administration, or Engineering professional with experience in training and development, leading the design and delivery of training content. Key Highlights: 1. Specialization in topics related to training and development. Complementary training such as **train-the-trainer, coaching, or similar** is preferred. **Experience** Minimum **5 years of experience in training areas**, leading needs assessment processes, content design and delivery, indicator monitoring, and execution of continuous improvement cycles. **Requirements** **Knowledge of:** curriculum and methodology design for training, needs assessment, content design and delivery, onboarding processes, facilitator training, indicator monitoring and continuous improvement; as well as **emerging learning trends, artificial intelligence tools, personalized learning, innovative methodologies, and creative and digital learning experience design**. **Location: Bogotá** **Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm \| Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm** *At Urbaser, we believe that the most diverse environments are also the most innovative.
