Develop and/or review electrical discipline deliverables. * As Discipline Lead, coordinate project scope for the discipline and lead the electrical discipline team; act as the primary technical interface for the Electrical discipline between the Engineering Coordinator, the Client, electrical subcontractors, and other disciplines. * Conduct field visits for surveying and gathering required information for project development. * Accompany subcontractor fieldwork to verify completed tasks. * Maintain project indicators, electrical discipline progress, schedule, talent management, estimate and report project indicators at the requested frequency. Report and communicate any observed changes in scope. * Coordinate and prepare terms of reference and evaluation of bids for subcontracting activities generated within the project related to specific electrical specialty topics. * Maintain design integrity per established standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and technical accuracy across all designs. * Know and apply national and international standards and codes including RETIE, RETILAP, NTC2050, API, ISA, NEC/IEC, NFPA, etc. * Provide technical assistance to the Client, whether for projects executed at Wood offices or at the Client’s offices. * Attend scheduled workshops during project development, such as Peer Review, Constructibility, and Design Review. * Support development of cost estimates (CAPEX). * Occasionally contribute to defining scope for multiple proposals and estimating man-hours for the Electrical discipline. **What Makes You Extraordinary?** At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunity and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
