We are currently seeking a **Filling Operator** for our operation in **Yumbo, Valle del Cauca, Colombia**.
### **Purpose of the Position**
Perform gas filling operations in cylinders and Portable Cryogenic Containers (PCC), as well as loading, unloading, maintenance, and requalification activities, ensuring compliance with the company’s defined safety, quality, and productivity standards.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Fill gases into cylinders and PCCs following the company’s established procedures and quality standards.
* Perform loading and unloading of products onto distribution vehicles.
* Participate in cylinder maintenance, requalification, and service change activities.
* Receive and dispatch vehicles, verifying inventories and associated documentation.
* Prepare products for dispatch and perform storage and inventory activities.
* Operate forklifts when appropriately trained and authorized.
* Inspect the condition of production equipment and report anomalies for preventive or corrective maintenance.
* Comply with Air Products’ requirements for safety, quality, environment, and integrity.
### **Requirements**
* Completed high school education.
* If holding a high school diploma, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in production processes is required.
* Technical or technological degree in logistics, production, mechanics, or related fields (no prior experience required).
* Forklift operation certification is desirable.
* Familiarity with pressure and temperature variables, cylinders, or similar industrial processes is desirable.
* Basic knowledge of technological tools (mobile phones, mobile devices).
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (desirable).
* Personal transportation is desirable.
### **Position Conditions**
* Location: Calle 10 No. 21 \- 351, former Cali–Yumbo highway.
* On-site work mode.
* The facility has a designated dining area.
* No cafeteria or corporate shuttle service is available.
### **Working Hours**
Shifts may vary according to operational needs and with prior notice:
* Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
* Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
* Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Additionally, Saturday work may be required depending on operational needs.
