Prestigious Laboratory requires a General Services Assistant, REQUIREMENTS \- Minimum high school diploma. \- Minimum one year of certified experience as a General Services Assistant in companies, healthcare facilities, or laboratories. \- Preferably with training courses in cleaning and disinfection. FUNCTIONS: \- Wash, disinfect, and dry materials required for conducting tests, when necessary. \- Sterilize materials required for analysis in the Microbiology Department. \- Clean refrigerators and cooling sinks used for sample collection. \- Keep test-related materials readily available and organized, such as Petri dishes in bulk, pipette tips, knives, spoons, hoses, etc. \- Properly use assigned organizational equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). \- Carry out scheduled deep cleaning and disinfection across various laboratory areas, including materials and equipment (refrigerators, ovens, autoclaves, drawers, etc.). \- Dispose of and sterilize soiled materials according to specified procedures. \- Maintain cleaning tools and supplies in perfect condition and clean. \- Classify organic waste, paper, and solid materials at the Collection Center. \- Cleaning and disinfection in laboratory areas. \- Support assigned cleaning tasks in the laboratory as needed.
