We drive the adoption of modern technologies to build more efficient, scalable, and disruptive solutions. We are currently recruiting for a **DevOps Engineer – Colombia**. The selected candidate will participate in automating, deploying, and operating cloud solutions and data platforms, implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD, observability, and security in AWS environments. **Role Responsibilities** * Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Systems Manager. * Automate operational and deployment processes using tools such as Automation, Patch Manager, Parameter Store, Run Command, and State Manager. * Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and AWS Code\* suite. * Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, versioning, change control, and releases. * Automate deployments across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments, including rollback procedures and traceability. * Manage deployment artifacts for data solutions (Glue Jobs, Airflow DAGs, scripts, libraries, and IaC templates). * Integrate DevSecOps best practices, secure management of variables, parameters, and secrets per environment. * Implement observability solutions using CloudWatch, X\-Ray, Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenSearch. * Support continuous compliance strategies using AWS Config, Security Hub, Audit Manager, and organizational policies. * Integrate unit testing, technical validations, and data testing into deployment pipelines. ✅ **Position Requirements** **Professional Experience** Experience in DevOps practices, deployment automation, and operations in cloud environments. **DevOps \& CI/CD** * Experience with Git, GitHub and/or Azure DevOps. * Design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines. * Proficiency in version control, branching, and releases. **Infrastructure \& Automation** * Infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation). * Automation of processes and deployments in AWS. **Observability \& Operations** * Monitoring, logging, and tracing using tools such as CloudWatch. * Experience in observability and troubleshooting in production environments. **Security \& Compliance** * Knowledge of DevSecOps practices. * Experience with AWS security services (Config, Security Hub, etc.). * Secure management of access, credentials, and secrets. **Data Platforms (as applicable to role)** * Experience in deploying and automating data components (Glue, Airflow, pipelines). * Integration of validations and testing within the deployment lifecycle. ✅ **Desirable Qualifications** * AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. * Experience with AWS data platforms. * Experience in enterprise environments with security and compliance standards.
