A fashion-sector company is seeking a Junior Fashion Designer. **Role Objective:** Manage the founder’s brand collection design process—from research and conceptualization to final handover to production—ensuring aesthetic consistency, brand differentiation, brand identity, and technical feasibility through coordination of the creative team and effective alignment with the company’s operational and strategic departments. **Key Challenges:** The Fashion Designer holds strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities within the company. Their work directly impacts creative outcomes, production efficiency, and market perception of the brand. They are responsible for creatively supporting the design leadership’s guidelines for each collection, aligned with the brand’s DNA. Support the work of the Textile Illustrator, Design Assistant, and Design Intern. Validate technical developments: spec sheets, final artwork, grading, materials, and finishes. Accompany the production process from prototype to final garment approval. Ensure each collection meets the brand’s creative, technical, and commercial standards. Document processes, learnings, and design decisions for each collection. **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion or textile design, with proven leadership of creative processes and self-management skills enabling independent process leadership. • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end collection development: from conceptualization to handover to production. • Experience in haute couture, premium fashion, or Colombian author-design brands is desirable. • Experience coordinating with production, procurement, and commercial departments. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital design tools. • Professional network within the fashion industry, textile suppliers, and creative references. Bilingual English \- Spanish (fluent conversational level, B2\) Academic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
