In this role, different work areas may be assigned as needed to ensure production goals are met, quality products are produced, and performance is maximized while adhering to all safety policies and regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Distribute product across various operations in the production process * Safely and properly operate hand tools and/or manual machines * Understand, comply with, and promote current corporate regulations, policies, and standards * Package, palletize, and label finished products per established guidelines * Transport, arrange, and store products within designated areas * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area according to company standards * Verify and monitor production levels and product quality, reporting any detected deviations * Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and EHS policies and procedures * Actively participate in ranking training, operational trainings, and any other training assigned by your immediate supervisor * Prepare and supply necessary inputs, tools, equipment, and implements required to initiate and sustain departmental processes * Perform assigned repetitive operational tasks, which may require physical effort and/or high concentration, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and food safety specifications **Qualifications** **Minimum:** * Must be over 18 years of age * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to lift up to 25 or 12\.5 kilograms with or without reasonable accommodation (as applicable) * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Completion of primary education * Ability to read and write Spanish fluently * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with prior notice **Preferred:** * Prior experience of 6 months working in a production environment **Please note that Cargill will NEVER request your credit card information, usernames, or passwords through any channel.
