**Payroll Assistant**
**Position Objective:**
Support the operational management of payroll cycles, recording of employment updates, and organizational administrative control, ensuring accurate execution of payroll processes, preparation of social security contributions, and support in document management and hiring.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1\. Payroll and Compensation Operations**
* **Processing Updates:** Receive, record, and validate payroll updates (disabilities, overtime, surcharges, and leave requests) for timely payroll calculation.
* **Support in Settlements:** Assist in preparing social benefits (bonuses, severance pay, interest on severance) and draft final contract settlements.
* **Social Security and Electronic Payroll:** Consolidate information for electronic payroll reporting and calculation of the social security payroll (PILA) and parafiscal contributions.
* **Database Maintenance:** Continuously update personnel information in the system and assist in generating reports on workforce changes.
**2\. Operational Support for Hiring and Document Management**
* **Hiring Support:** Organize documentation required for onboarding employees and contractors (Service Provision Order).
* **Custody of Employment Records:** Archive, organize, and keep employment records (physical and digital) updated, ensuring required supporting documents are maintained.
* **Administrative Support:** Assist with logistics and scheduling related to disciplinary proceedings as directed by Management.
**3\. Administrative Control and Internal Logistics**
* **Equipment Management:** Coordinate receipt, distribution, and documentary registration of institutional equipment provided to staff, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
* **Attendance and Vacation Control:** Record adherence to working hours and consolidate vacation schedule requests from departments.
* **Quality and Audit Support:** Collaborate in updating quality management system (ISO) documents and apply checklists during verification visits to branch offices.
**Profile Requirements**
* **Academic Qualification:** Technical or Technological degree in Human Resources Management, Administration, Accounting, or students in early/mid-semester of related fields.
* **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in operational payroll functions, document management, and human resources support.
* **Technical Knowledge:**
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
* Experience with payroll/ERP software (WordOffice or similar preferred).
* Basic knowledge of current labor regulations and social security payroll (PILA).
