We are currently looking for our next Point-of-Sale Quality Analyst, who will be responsible for implementing quality and food safety programs applicable to points of sale, assessing operational sanitary risks associated with new products or processes, and generating indicators and strategies for continuous improvement—aiming to mitigate sanitary risks, comply with corporate standards and current regulations, and support operational continuity. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze results from the external audit program, reporting trends and recommendations to the brand, following up on the most critical cases through targeted visits, and periodically verifying external auditors. * Design and execute the microbiological sampling program for water and ice, generating indicators and evaluating sanitary and regulatory risk. * Execute the Product and Surface Analysis Plan, compiling and analyzing results according to specifications or regulations. * Train operational teams on Good Manufacturing Practices, hygiene, and food safety, tailored to specific needs. * Evaluate pest control providers through verification audits at high-risk units and review of their action plans, reporting trends to Operations and Maintenance. Lead emergency response actions in case of imminent risk. * Collaborate in the analysis and investigation of Quality and Food Safety complaints. * Participate in new product and/or operational process developments to challenge and advise on food safety aspects. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Control linked to manufacturing processes in food plants or gastronomy-sector companies. Experience in Product Quality Control (microbiological, physicochemical, organoleptic analyses). Knowledge of GMPs and Prerequisite Programs. Familiarity with local legislation regarding general food handling provisions. Knowledge of Quality Tools and Dashboard generation (basic statistics, CAPA, etc.).
