Key responsibilities include: * Design, align, and execute the annual price increase plan, ensuring continuous improvement to drive profitable growth and revenue generation in both new business and existing account management. * Lead performance tracking of plans, generating organizational-level visibility and proposing adjustments or action plans to optimize results. * Own pricing strategy, including defining price bands for all SKUs across the region, coordinating this process with external consultants supporting these initiatives. * Ensure proper execution of channel strategy by aligning pricing strategies across different channels (direct sales, distributors, e\-commerce, and retail). * Support the Deal Desk team by applying qualitative and quantitative variables (supply chain, market factors, channel/segment, etc.) to ensure negotiations align with Kimberly Clark Professional’s business strategy. * Collaborate with commercial teams to develop negotiation analyses, agreement structures, and recommendations for new opportunities, requests for proposals (RFPs), and contract renewals. * Foster strong working relationships with strategic business partners to ensure correct execution of pricing strategy. * Design and implement changes through new commercial policies, ensuring consistent pricing frameworks across all channels. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. * 8\+ years of total professional experience. * 3–5 years of proven, progressive experience in a related field (pricing analytics, sales controlling, finance). * Experience with key systems, especially SAP. * Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI knowledge is desirable. * P\&L (Profit & Loss) understanding and product expertise. **Benefits** We believe our employees are our most valuable resource, and we are committed to providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
