The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the custody and protection of our clients’ assets and services, rigorously applying the company’s established security protocols. We seek individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, initiative, and unwavering commitment to security. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure the custody and protection of the assigned client’s assets and services. * Apply and enforce all security protocols established by the company. * Conduct surveillance and control rounds at the client’s facilities. * Monitor security systems and alarms. * Control access of people and vehicles to the facilities. * Prepare daily activity and incident reports. * Effectively and promptly respond to emergency situations. * Maintain fluent and professional communication with the client and the Prosegur team. * Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and responsibility in performing duties. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (Bachiller). * Valid and up-to-date **Security Guard** certification course. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the surveillance and private security sector (desirable but not mandatory). * Military service booklet preferred. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Proactivity and service orientation. * Residency in Bogotá or convenient access to the city. **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Competitive salary and statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunities and continuous training. * Excellent working environment. * Job stability. **Why Join Prosegur Colombia?** At Prosegur, we value our employees and provide a dynamic and safe work environment.
