Job Summary: Provide operational support to the accounting department by registering, controlling, and verifying documents to ensure accurate and timely accounting of financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting document registration, control, and verification 2. Bank account, accounts receivable, and accounts payable reconciliation 3. Support in preparing monthly financial reports **Job Objective:** Provide operational support to the accounting department through the registration, control, and verification of accounting documents, ensuring accurate and timely accounting of the company’s financial transactions in compliance with current accounting and tax regulations. **Academic Qualifications:** * Technical, technological, or final-semester student in Public Accounting. * Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs (desirable). * Proficiency in accounting software (**Siigo**.). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, filters). **Main Functions:** * Record disbursement, revenue, accrual, and other accounting vouchers. * Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. * Review and file accounting supporting documents in accordance with current regulations. * Support preparation of monthly financial reports. * Cross-check accounting information with other departments (treasury, billing, inventory). * Control and record monthly provisions for payroll, services, etc. **Competencies and Skills:** * Attention to detail. * Organization and planning. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Confidentiality management. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
