




Job Summary: We are seeking a cashier assistant to provide customer service, receive vehicles, and perform administrative tasks, with studies in customer service or accounting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and problem resolution 2. Banking transaction management and cash handling 3. Document classification and filing A cashier assistant is required to perform customer service duties, vehicle reception at the CDA, and other related responsibilities. Education in customer service, basic accounting, or related fields is required. Main responsibilities include: 1\. Attending to and resolving customer issues or discrepancies related to their accounts. 2\. Classifying and filing deposit, withdrawal, and check vouchers. 3\. Performing daily transaction balancing using computer software, calculators, and adding machines. 4\. Receiving and processing cash deposits and withdrawals, checks, transfers, accounts, credit cards, certified checks, and other customer banking transactions. 5\. Providing general information about services. 6\. Ensuring proper cash handling procedures, money management, vehicle registration in Runt, and the reception and platform management process for the collection agent.
