Job Summary: A cashier assistant is required to perform customer service duties, vehicle reception, and other tasks related to the position, with studies in customer service or basic accounting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and problem resolution 2. Handling of banking transactions and recordkeeping 3. Daily transaction balancing and cash handling A cashier assistant is required to perform customer service duties, vehicle reception at the CDA, and other functions related to the position. Studies in customer service, basic accounting, or related fields are required. Main responsibilities include: 1\. Attending to and resolving customer issues or discrepancies related to their accounts. 2\. Sorting and filing deposit, withdrawal, and check vouchers. 3\. Performing daily transaction balancing using computer programs, calculators, and adding machines. 4\. Receiving and processing cash deposits and withdrawals, checks, transfers, accounts, credit cards, certified checks, and other customer banking transactions. 5\. Providing general information about services. 6\. Ensuring proper handling of cash procedures, money management, vehicle registration in Runt, vehicle reception process, and management of the collector agent’s platform.
