Studies in customer service, basic accounting, or related fields are required. Main responsibilities include: 1. Attending to and resolving customer issues or discrepancies related to their accounts. 2. Classifying and filing deposit, withdrawal, and check vouchers. 3. Performing daily transaction reconciliations using computer software, calculators, and adding machines. 4. Receiving and processing cash deposits and withdrawals, checks, transfers, accounts, credit cards, certified checks, and other customer banking transactions. 5. Providing general information about services. 6. Ensuring proper handling of cash procedures, money management, vehicle registration in the Runt system, and the reception and platform management processes for the collection agent.
