**Key Responsibilities:**

**Process Optimization and Automation, and KPI Improvement:**
* Identify opportunities for **process automation and optimization** related to note management, accounts receivable, and commercial information flows.
* Propose improvements to tools, reports, and controls that support automation and reduction of operational time.
* Develop, enhance, and monitor **key performance indicators (KPIs)** for the area, focusing on accounts receivable, operational efficiency, and SLA compliance.
**Database Generation and Management:**
* Design, maintain, and update consolidated databases for credit notes, customers, and commercial adjustments.
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency used in note management and associated analysis.
**Credit Note Management Automation and Time Tracking:**
* Generate proposals enabling automation of credit note capture, control, and settlement processes.
**About You**
**Experience:**
* Minimum 2 \- 3 years of experience in commercial analysis, sales administration, or related roles.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or fast-moving consumer goods industry (preferred).
* Experience working with commercial teams or Trade Marketing (preferred).
**Soft and Technical Skills:**
* **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, database analytics formulas)
* Power BI and other data visualization tools (preferred)
* SAP, Ishift (preferred)
* **Data Analysis:** Ability to interpret large volumes of information and extract actionable insights
* **Attention to Detail:** Accuracy in data handling and reporting
* **Results Orientation:** Focus on meeting deadlines and deliverable quality
* **Effective Communication:** Ability to present complex information clearly
* **Teamwork:** Collaboration with commercial, finance, and operations teams
* **Proactivity:** Initiative to identify process and reporting improvements
* **Organization:** Effective management of multiple tasks and priorities
**Education:**
* University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
* ***Preferred:*** Diploma or certification in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Advanced Excel.
**Languages:** Intermediate English (reading and writing, ***conversational preferred***)
