Scaled Scrum
* Coordinate and synchronize multiple agile teams working on the same product or program.
* Facilitate program-level ceremonies (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, etc.).
* Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure strategic alignment.
* Contribute to evolving the organization’s adopted scaling model.
Project Management and Delivery
* Monitor team progress against product and business objectives.
* Manage risks, timelines, and scope using an agile approach.
* Generate status reports, performance metrics, and tracking dashboards.

Required Experience
* Minimum **4 years of experience** in agile roles.
* Proven experience as a **Scrum Master** (minimum 2 years in the role).
* Experience as an **Agile Coach**, leading teams and transformation processes.
