In this role, they will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that deliver value and strengthen business relationships. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Identify and prospect new customers, establishing effective contact and generating business opportunities. * Support the development and presentation of commercial proposals, quotations, and offers, including product demonstrations. * Follow up on customer-reported incidents and issues arising during the purchasing process. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat purchases and loyalty. * Apply technical and commercial knowledge to conduct direct consultative sales. * Independently manage administrative, technical, or customer service situations, escalating only cases of higher complexity. * Ensure achievement of established performance indicators (KPIs). * Other assigned duties. **Minimum Requirements** ---------------------- * Minimum two (2) years of experience in sales or related commercial roles. * Experience in pre-sales and commercial prospecting. * Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word) and Power BI. * Experience tracking KPIs (e.g., active customers, zero-sales accounts, incidents, etc.). * Personal vehicle and Category B driver’s license required. * Additional minimum qualifications may apply depending on the specific profile required. **Our Offer** We provide a fast-paced, stimulating international environment that challenges your abilities and channels your talents.
