This role will be responsible for conceptualizing and writing advertising materials that connect with audiences across various channels and formats. You will collaborate closely with design, strategy, and account teams. **Job Responsibilities** Develop creative concepts and content proposals for campaigns Write advertising materials for digital and traditional media Adapt messaging to different formats and platforms Ensure brand consistency and tone across all content Participate in ideation and campaign development processes Revise work based on internal and client feedback Manage multiple deliverables within established timelines **Ideal Candidate Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Literature or related fields Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a copywriter in agencies or creative environments Exceptional writing and spelling skills Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and storytelling Knowledge of digital content and social media Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure Portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across formats **Employment Conditions** Indefinite-term contract Hybrid work model Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location: Bogotá At VML, we are committed to fostering a fully inclusive workplace that is rewarding and supportive of professional development.
