You will receive mentoring, meal allowance, and benefits focused on your personal and professional growth. **Data Analytics Analyst** ---------------------------------- **We are looking for:** A professional in Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields, with experience in data analysis, insight generation, and supporting data-driven decision-making. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure its quality and availability. * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or others) to facilitate result interpretation by business units. * Apply statistical techniques and analytical models (e.g., regression, segmentation, time series) to generate actionable insights. * Automate data preparation and delivery processes using scripting (Python, SQL, R) and/or ETL workflows. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and data-driven decision-making. * Document methodologies, assumptions, and results, ensuring information traceability and security. #### **Requirements for the Position** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Administration, Economics, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience in analytics, BI, data management, or similar roles.
