We are seeking a professional for the position of **Development and Support Analyst**, who will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting internal information systems, as well as ensuring the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure. **Required Profile:** **Academic Background:** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum two (2) years of verifiable experience in information systems development and technical support. **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in programming languages: PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, React. * Experience with frameworks: Laravel, Angular. * Database management: MariaDB. * Experience configuring web servers (Apache, Nginx). * Command-line proficiency in Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (for technical support). * Basic concepts and experience in IT infrastructure. * Experience with firewalls and perimeter security. * Ability to document and keep technical system information up to date. **Personal Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Autonomy and proactivity. * Service orientation and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and develop applications and modules using the aforementioned languages and frameworks. * Provide technical support to internal users. * Manage and maintain web servers and databases. * Implement and maintain security and backup best practices. * Participate in software documentation and testing. * Collaborate on tasks related to technological infrastructure. * Administer version control systems.
