At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Solid experience in Business Intelligence and development of analytical solutions. * Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, Power Query, DAX, visualization, and dashboard publishing. * Advanced SQL knowledge for querying, transforming, validating, and analyzing data. * Experience in dimensional modeling, fact tables, dimensions, and relationships. * Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and integration of diverse data sources. * Experience in creating and maintaining semantic models. * Ability to define, document, and validate KPIs, metrics, and business rules. * Experience in data quality analysis, including duplicates, null fields, inconsistencies, and volume discrepancies. * Knowledge of database and dashboard automation and refresh mechanisms. * Experience gathering requirements with technical teams and business units. * Ability to perform validations and homologations with end users and data source owners. * Knowledge of technical documentation, data dictionaries, and requirement specifications. * Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git and GitHub. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with Databricks. * Knowledge of layered data architecture (Raw, Silver, Gold). * Knowledge of Python or PySpark for data processing and analysis. * Experience with REST APIs, authentication, endpoints, pagination, and incremental loads. * Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure. * Experience with SQL Warehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse architecture. * Knowledge of pipeline monitoring and error handling. * Experience handling large volumes of data and multiple clients or environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Expected Competencies** * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking regarding data. * Autonomy to manage projects end-to-end. * Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. * Clear communication with technical, operational, and executive teams. * Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions. * Collaborative mindset and capacity to guide less-experienced professionals. * Focus on quality, standardization, and data governance. **Education** * University degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Administration, or related fields. * Certifications in Power BI, Azure, Databricks, or data technologies will be considered a plus.
