Join Inetum and become part of a company transforming the future of businesses through technology. **Job Description** **We are looking for a new Junior talent for our team!** We are seeking a **Junior Oracle Developer – Acsel/X**, interested in professional growth within the insurance sector and in strengthening technical skills in Oracle environments. The ideal candidate must have **initial experience (1–2 years)** and practical professional exposure to systems such as **Acsel/X** or similar core insurance platforms, as well as knowledge of **Oracle PL/SQL**. **Requirements** * Analyze and **understand the AcselX data model**, supported by the team, identifying relationships and dependencies among system modules. * **Develop and maintain components in Oracle PL/SQL**, ensuring sound coding practices, code clarity, and quality. * Perform basic adjustments and improvements focused on **SQL statement performance and efficiency**. * Support the design, maintenance, and adjustment of reports using **Oracle Reports (6i, 10g, and 12c)**. * Provide support and perform adjustments to applications developed in **Oracle Forms (6i, 10g, and 12c)**. * Carry out initial **query optimization activities**, identifying improvement opportunities under guidance from senior profiles. * Participate in **data modeling activities**, understanding logical and physical database schemas. * Support implementation of **basic data quality validations (Data QA)** via scripts verifying structures and consistency across environments (Development, QA, and Production). * Verify, with functional support, that data and processes align with **insurance business rules**. * Actively participate in ceremonies and practices under **agile frameworks** (Scrum, Kanban, or others). * Document developments, adjustments performed, data models, and assigned processes. * Collaborate closely with functional analysts, developers, and other IT team members to address incidents and evolve the solution. **Additional Information** **Soft Skills:** * Capacity for **continuous learning** and self-directed attitude. * **Adaptability** to dynamic and continuously improving environments. * Strong **communication skills** for teamwork. * Attention to detail and responsibility in task execution. * Willingness to receive technical and functional feedback.
