Provide administrative and operational support to Management and the Commercial Department, ensuring proper information management, report preparation, activity tracking, and document organization, thereby contributing to the efficient execution of the organization’s administrative and commercial processes. Academic Qualifications \* Technician, technologist, or professional degree in administrative fields, executive secretarial studies, business management, administration, managerial assistance, commercial management, or related disciplines. \* Additional training in office software, administrative management, or AI tools is desirable. Technical Knowledge and Skills \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, etc. \* Preparation and presentation of administrative reports. \* Database management and information organization. \* Document management and control. \* Preparation of presentations, comparative tables, and indicator tracking. \* Email, calendar, and corporate communication tool management. \* Basic/intermediate knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini, or other similar tools for: \* Document drafting and enhancement. \* Report and summary preparation. \* Basic information organization and analysis. \* Idea generation and presentation support. \* Administrative task optimization. Advanced AI knowledge is not required; however, willingness to learn and ability to use AI as a daily work support tool are essential. Work Location: On-site employment
