Over 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, automation, and management of systems such as **Acsel/X, Oracle PL/SQL**, including cursor handling, collections, exception handling, and optimization of complex SQL statements. Additionally, ability to interpret and diagram the Acsel/X application data model, identifying critical dependencies between modules. **Requirements** Key Responsibilities: * Analyze and deeply understand the **AcselX data model**, identifying relationships, dependencies, and impacts among system modules. * Develop, maintain, and optimize components in **Oracle PL/SQL**, ensuring code efficiency, performance, and quality. * Design, maintain, and adjust reports using **Oracle Reports (6i, 10g, and 12c)**. * Develop and support applications built with **Oracle Forms (6i, 10g, and 12c)**. * Perform **advanced query optimization**, identifying bottlenecks and applying SQL best practices. * Carry out **data modeling activities**, including logical and physical schema analysis. * Implement **data quality validations (Data QA)** via automated scripts to compare structures and ensure consistency across environments (Development, QA, and Production). * Validate that data and processes correctly reflect **insurance business rules**. * Participate in ceremonies and activities under **agile frameworks** (Scrum, Kanban, or others), contributing from a technical and data perspective. * Document developments, models, validations, and associated processes. * Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, architects, and business units to resolve incidents and evolve the solution. * Preferably possess insurance domain knowledge to validate that table behavior is accurate. * Experience working under **agile frameworks**. * Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and continuous improvement. **Additional Information** Soft Skills: * Analytical thinking * Assertive communication * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Time management * Problem solving * Critical thinking * Adaptability * User focus * Proactivity
