Location: Industrial zone of Soacha Requirements: Technical or technologist degree in Human Resources, Human Talent Management, Coordinator Main functions: ü Preparation of contracts, certifications, and employment documents. ü Lead selection and hiring processes. ü Manage employee welfare programs. ü Supervise and ensure compliance with OSH regulations. ü Maintain effective communication with different departments and build a positive and productive work environment. ü Social security affiliations, transfers, and withdrawals. ü Record and control of sick leaves, permits, and updates. ü Assist in payroll calculation and social benefits. ü Posting job offers, filtering resumes, and supporting onboarding. ü Coordinate training sessions and welfare activities. ü Update and create new organizational structure profiles. ü Design and apply performance evaluation tools and workplace climate measurement. ü SENASubsidy management ü Reduce accident rates through risk prevention activities. ü Develop job position profiles. ü Document and database management.
