At a well-known company in the **cooperative and financial sector**, we are seeking an organized, responsible, detail-oriented individual capable of managing various Human Talent processes, with special emphasis on **payroll, social security, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)**.
We seek a candidate eager to grow professionally and develop comprehensively in the areas of **Payroll, Human Talent, and OSH**.
What will you do in this role?
Payroll and Social Security
* Support preparation, review, and management of the organization’s payroll.
* Process payroll events: hires, terminations, medical leaves, vacations, permits, absences, overtime, deductions, and other payroll-related events.
* Support calculation and review of social security contributions and parafiscal levies.
* Monitor affiliations and updates with various entities of the Social Security System.
* Prepare employment certificates, income certifications, and other documents related to labor management.
* Support addressing and resolving employee inquiries regarding payroll, social security, and social benefits.
* Maintain up-to-date employee information and payroll databases.
Occupational Safety and Health – OSH
* Support implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of OSH activities.
* Support execution of the annual Occupational Safety and Health work plan.
* Monitor trainings, inspections, prevention activities, and other OSH actions.
* Support management and updating of OSH documentation, matrices, records, and indicators.
* Monitor occupational medical examinations, work restrictions, and medical\-work recommendations.
* Support management of workplace accidents and incidents, and follow-up on corresponding actions.
* Support promotion and prevention activities, active breaks, employee wellness, and occupational safety.
* Maintain updated records and supporting documents required to comply with current OSH regulations.
Human Talent and Administrative Management
* Support recruitment and selection processes for commercial and administrative profiles.
* Post job vacancies, source candidates, conduct phone screenings, interviews, and present shortlisted candidates.
* Support onboarding processes: documentation, affiliations, contract drafting, personnel file creation, and user/equipment requests.
* Monitor expiration dates of probationary periods.
* Maintain up-to-date headcount and databases of active and former employees.
* Support execution of corporate induction and re-induction processes.
* Support separation and offboarding processes.
* Support wellness, training, performance evaluation, and internal communications activities.
* Draft and support design of Human Talent-related communication materials.
* Support administrative management with Human Talent suppliers and partners.
* Build and maintain updated backups of information for critical positions.
* Comply with established ANS (Agreed Service Levels), according to process and position criticality.
* Perform any other duties related to the position assigned by the Head of Human Talent.
What are we looking for?
* **Technologist or professional degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).**
* **Valid Occupational Safety and Health license**, as a technologist or professional, consistent with the candidate’s educational background.
* Preferably an updated **50-hour SGSST course**.
* Minimum **1 year of experience** in administrative, Human Talent, payroll, social security, or related areas.
* Desirable experience or knowledge in **payroll management and calculation**.
* Knowledge of social security, payroll events, and labor processes.
* Basic or intermediate knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
* Proficiency in office tools, especially **Excel at basic–intermediate level**.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to track tasks, and manage confidential information.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees, leaders, and suppliers.
