Position Summary: Cardif Colombia is seeking a Production Analyst I to manage the company's production process from receipt through financial closing, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (ANS) with business partners. The Production, Billing, and Collections Management team is looking for its new Production Analyst I to continue driving growth and leveraging the company’s capabilities. **Position Objective:** Manage the company’s production process—from receipt through financial closing—performing all activities within the value chain to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (ANS) defined with each business partner. **Responsibilities:** Perform daily loading of received production files, ensuring full processing and delivery of load results to each partner (including rejected records), while recording all daily loaded production in the Received Files Control Matrix within the application. Manage inconsistencies—whether internal or originating from partners—within the same accounting period, preventing impact on subsequent processes related to issuance or cancellation. Promptly notify partners if submitted files fail to meet required structures. Provide Production Management with Turnover Reporting figures, ensuring their consistency once financial closing has been executed. Ensure timely financial closing for all partners, incorporating all production reported by them within established deadlines, and promptly addressing review and execution of adjustments requested by the Operations Closing team. Manage resolution of incidents reported to the Technology area, ensuring their closure. Execute reconciliation processes for assigned partners at defined frequencies, maintaining alignment between partner and Cardif current data. Generate monthly production process figures for reporting to involved areas within established timeframes. Maintain excellent partner relationships during issuance management and production and incident reconciliation. Propose and implement first-level controls to ensure quality of deliverables for assigned processes. Support operational sessions with partners as needed. **Professional Profile:** Professionals in administration, economics, engineering, or related fields. Experience in reconciliations, billing, and database analysis. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, along with advanced Excel proficiency. **Compensation:** Base salary: $ 3\.300\.000 including statutory benefits / Life insurance policy / Health insurance policy / Mutual Savings Fund / Extra-legal allowances.
