Job Summary: Production Support Analyst to analyze and develop immediate solutions, prepare supporting documentation for root cause analysis of failures, and participate in process automation. Active participation in automation and risk management At Cardif Colombia, the Vice Presidency of Operations and Technology and the Information Technologies Management are seeking professionals to fill the role of **Production Support Analyst**. The objective of this role is to analyze and develop immediate solutions according to production specifications and the knowledge base, ensuring correct execution of operational processes across applications. Additionally, prepare supporting documentation to analyze potential root causes of failures by understanding the underlying process, data sources, and involved applications, thereby submitting issues to pursue fundamental solutions. Actively collaborate with the development team and database administrators in automation processes and management of risks identified during analysis of assigned tickets. Main Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with PCI DSS regulations 2. Analyze assigned tickets and requirements, including understanding of operational processes 3. Deliver rapid solutions across various applications supporting company operations 4. Perform unit testing of developed solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with user needs 5. Timely deliver fundamental solutions to achieve operational stability 6. Coordinate with the Support Director to identify problems and impacts, pursuing fundamental solutions 7. Ensure proper versioning of all changes implemented in each application and/or scripts 8. Guarantee that production deployments are executed correctly and with quality 9. Comply with defined SLAs and work plans for deliverables 10. Responsible for appropriate handling of sensitive information (PCI DSS), cardholder data 11. Apply local, group, and applicable regulatory policies, ensuring their correct implementation in all activities under responsibility Professional Profile: * Degrees in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields * Knowledge and experience in Java and .Net application development, MSSQL and Oracle SQL scripting, ETL and SSIS/Oracle package creation, API validation Conditions: Company compensation and benefits package / On-site work in Bogotá / Opportunities for professional growth and development.
